Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Through the contact form: your name, company name, email address, optionally your phone number and number of vehicles, and your message. The server also records your IP address to protect against abuse (a limit on messages sent).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer or a trial (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract) and to protect against spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest). TODO: verify the legal bases.
4. How long we keep the data
We keep contact form data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then for TODO: period, e.g. 12 months, unless we enter into a contract.
5. Recipients
The data may be received by our service providers: server hosting (TODO: name), email (TODO: name). The map on this website is loaded from the map provider's servers (OpenStreetMap or MapTiler), which receive the visitor's IP address. 6. Cookies
This website uses strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie and a form security (CSRF) cookie. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. TODO: update if you add analytics.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).
8. Voluntary provision
Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name, company and email address we cannot answer your enquiry.
